Welcome to Camping Zuid Ginkel

To ensure a pleasant, safe, and relaxing stay for all our guests, we have outlined the most important practical information and campsite rules below. We kindly ask you to take these into consideration during your stay.

Arrival and Departure
Your reserved camping pitch will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, your pitch must be vacated, clean, and tidy by 11:30 AM at the latest.
 
Early Arrival or Late Departure
Would you like to use your pitch before 2:00 PM or stay a little longer on your departure day? Please contact us in advance to inquire about the possibilities.
Preferred Pitches
 
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific pitch. You are welcome to let us know your preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.
 
Cancellation and Early Departure
In the event of cancellation or early departure, no refund of the deposit or payment will be made. We therefore recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance.
 
Car-Free Camping Pitches
Our camping pitches are car-free. Vehicles can be parked in the parking area near the reception or in our main parking lot.
 
Visitors
Visitors are welcome. If your visitors will be staying overnight, please inform the reception in advance. The current overnight guest rate will apply. Visitors should park their vehicles in the parking area near the reception.
 
Payment Methods
We do not accept credit cards.
 
Group Reservations
We regularly receive requests from families and groups of friends wishing to reserve multiple pitches. Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our campsite is not designed to accommodate groups.
 
Pets
Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash at all times.
 
Personal Use
The camping pitch may only be used by the guest who made the reservation.
 
Barbecues
Due to our woodland surroundings, charcoal barbecues are not permitted. Gas and electric barbecues are allowed.
 
Campfires
Campfires and fire pits are not permitted.
 
Fences, Canopies and Satellite Dishes
The installation of fences, party tents, satellite dishes, or other artificial barriers is not permitted.
 
Waste Disposal
Waste can be disposed of in the container located near the exit. Separate containers for paper and glass are also available at the exit.
 
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency or accident, always contact the reception at +31 (0)318 611740 or use the intercom system.
 
Emergency Response, First Aid and AED
Certified emergency response staff are present on the campsite. First aid supplies are available at the reception. An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is mounted on the outside wall of the reception building.
 
Fire
In case of fire, immediately notify the reception and call 112.
 
Woodland Environment
Camping Zuid Ginkel is located in a beautiful woodland setting. Cutting, pruning, damaging, or otherwise interfering with trees, shrubs, and other vegetation is not permitted without prior permission.
Attaching artificial objects such as clotheslines, hammocks, signs, or similar items to trees is not allowed.
 
Liability
Guests stay at Camping Zuid Ginkel at their own risk. Camping Zuid Ginkel cannot be held liable for theft, loss, accidents, injury, or damage to personal property.
 
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, we kindly ask you to be considerate of fellow campers.
 
RECRON Terms and Conditions
In all cases, the applicable RECRON Terms and Conditions for tourist camping pitches apply.
 
Entrance Barrier
The entrance barrier operates via license plate recognition. For incoming traffic, the barrier is closed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
 
Speed Limit
Please be mindful of your speed on the campsite. Always drive at walking pace, with a maximum speed of 5 km/h.
 
Power Outages
In the event of a power outage, please contact the reception. Faults reported after 9:30 PM will be addressed the following morning from 8:00 AM onwards.
